Seal-Coating
This is the thick, black, liquid sealant we apply to new asphalt surfaces as a preventative measure against environmental & exterior factors that degrade asphalt, like the Sun’s harmful UV rays & the changing seasons hot & cold stresses. It is not a fix or repair of any kind & any cracks or damage already in the asphalt will still be visible after applied. This coating provides a little extra protection to keep your asphalt investment looking great & functioning like new, for as long as possible. TRUE PAVING always recommends that ideally a sealant coating is applied to new asphalt within the 1st year & then to maintain that coating with a reapplication every 2-3 years after that.
Crack Filling

Pothole Repair
